This place makes a great holiday base, it’s got a large welcoming swimming pool and a packed activity line-up, plus the beach and town centre are a 10-minute walk away.

The hotel is less than a short walk from Ca’n Picafort’s laidback bars and restaurants. You’ll find a beach there, too. If you don’t fancy walking, a mini-train stops outside the hotel, which takes you into the centre.

Rooms here are kept simple, but comfortable. Plus, they’ve been given a modern makeover for 2015. You’ll find a mini-fridge for storing snacks, a TV and balcony – some even come with sea views.

The pool is the main buzz here. It comes with lounger-loaded lawns and a snack bar. Speaking of food, there’s a buffet restaurant serving up everything from bacon butties to paella. There’s no shortage of activities, either, with archery and rifle shooting by day and live entertainment in the evenings.
